BornPrettyStore è ormai diventato uno dei miei negozi online preferiti, in particolar modo la sezione bijoux offre una vastissima scelta di gioielli stupendi a prezzi davvero vantaggiosi!  

Qui vi avevo mostrato cosa avevo scelto nel mio primo ordine dal sito e adesso voglio farvi vedere altre tre new entry nella mia collezione! 

Visto che ho un debole per le collane in stile boho, non potevo far a meno di prendere questa meravigliosa collana* con pendente in pietra naturale color ametista! E' abbastanza lunga e perfettamente uguale alle foto sul sito. A me piace tantissimo portarla con maglioni oversized e jeggins (visto il clima ancora freddino), ma trovo sia perfetta anche per outfit più estivi ^-^

Sempre in stile un po' gipsy, questa stupenda collana doppia*, con medaglietta e pendente con cristallo trasparente. Sul sito ce ne sono diverse simili a questa, a doppio filo ma con diversi pendenti e all'inizio ero davvero indecisa tra quale scegliere - sono una più bella dell'altra - ma alla fine, quel cristallo mi ha conquistata! *-*

Per il terzo prodotto, invece, ho curiosato nella sezione beauty del sito - davvero "succulenta" per le amanti di makeup&co. - e ho scelto questa tinta labbra* a lunga durata, incuriosita anche dalle foto delle diverse tonalità. Non appena aperto il pacchetto, la prima cosa che ho scartato è stato proprio questo rossetto: l'ho switchato sul dorso della mano e sono rimasta davvero colpita dall'altissima pigmentazione del colore (#33), un bordeaux molto intenso. Non appena il rossetto si asciuga diventa completamente matt (e anche leggermente appiccicoso, per questo consiglio di applicare sopra un gloss trasparente, come ho fatto io, o un balsamo labbra), ma la sua durata - e resistenza! - è assolutamente sbalorditiva! Pensate che, dopo averlo applicato sul polso, ho pulito casa da cima a fondo quindi mani nel sapone, polvere, detersivo, straccio, ecc e il colore non si è mosso di una virgola, perfettamente integro!! La sua resa sulle labbra è simile: il colore dura intatto per tantissime ore, soprattutto se non si mangiano cibi oleosi, ed è anche abbastanza confortevole! Per struccarlo le salviettine non bastano: c'è bisogno di un prodotto bifasico. 

In definitiva, lo adoro! L'unica pecca è la sensazione di labbra che si appiccicano non appena il rossetto comincia ad asciugarsi, ma questo si può risolvere facilmente con un po' di gloss (che comunque viene magicamente assorbito dalla tinta e il finish ritorna matt!). 

Come al solito, la merce ha impiegato 30 giorni ad arrivare, tramite posta, e ben imballata e impacchettata. Se volete togliervi qualche sfizio o fare dei regali davvero graditi, questo sito fa al caso vostro! Consigliatissimo!

BornPrettyStore has now become one of my favorite online stores, especially the jewelry section offers a huge selection of beautiful pieces and at affordable prices! I could spend hours in there!

Here I had shown you what I had chosen for my first order from the site and now I want to show you three other new entry in my collection!

Since I love boho necklaces, I just couldn't resist this wonderful necklace* with natural amethyst stone pendant! It's quite long and perfectly the same of the photos on the site. I really like to wear it with oversized sweaters and jeggings (given the still chilly climate), but I find it is also perfect for summer outfits ^ - ^

Always a bit gipsy style, this beautiful double neck necklace* with transparent crystal pendant. There are several similar to this, double deck with different pendants and I couldn't decide which one to choose - they are really one more beautiful then the other - but in the end, the crystal conquered me!

For the third product, however, I browsed in the beauty section - very "juicy" for makeup lovers - and I chose this long lasting lip gloss. As soon as I open the package, the first thing I unwrapped was exactly this lipstick*: I swatched it on the back of my hand and I was really impressed by the high pigmentation of the shade (# 33), an intense burgundy. As soon as the lipstick dries it becomes completely matt (and also slightly sticky, for this I suggest to apply a gloss, as I did, or a lip balm) but its duration (and resistance!) it's absolutely astounding! After I applied it on my wrist, I cleaned my house from top to bottom ( hands in soap, dust, detergent, cloth, etc.) and the stain was perfectly intact!! Its yield on lips is similar: color lasts intact for many hours, especially if you don't eat oily foods, and is also quite comfortable! To remove it the wipes are not enough: you need an oily product.

Ultimately, I love it! The only flaw is the feeling of sticky lips when lipstick starts to dry out, but this can be solved with a little of balm.  

As usual, goods took about 30 days to arrive, by mail, and well wrapped and packaged. So if you want to take off some whim or make very welcome gifts, this site is definitely for you! Highly recommended!

DIY EASTER DECORATIONS/GIFT/TREATS IDEAS

La primavera è una delle mie stagioni preferite. Cieli azzurri, temperature più miti, colori pastello, il risveglio della natura, uova colorate e soffici coniglietti pasquali: ecco perchè mi piace! 

Anche se, al momento, il meteo non ne vuole sapere di mostrarci questo meraviglioso volto di Marzo, e il grigiore di questi giorni è davvero insopportabile! 

Così - vista la mia metereopatia - per tirarmi un po' su di morale e portare in casa quel tocco di colore e di clima pasquale (eh già, quest'anno la Pasqua capita proprio in questo mese) ho pensato di realizzare dei progetti diy molto semplici ma davvero sfiziosi e tutti semplicissimi da ricreare, quindi non necessitano di troppe spiegazioni "tecniche", le foto parlano da sole ;)

Spring is one of my favorite seasons. Blue skies, milder temperatures, pastel colors, nature blooming, colorful eggs and fluffy Easter bunny: that's why I like it!

Although, at the moment, the weather doesn't want to show us this wonderful March's face, and the greyness of these days is really unbearable!

So - given my metereopatia - to cheer me up and bring home a touch of color and Easter mood I planned to realize a lot of simple diy projects. Very easy to recreate, they don't need too much explanations, following photos speak for themselves;)

SPRING RED FRUITS AND LIME DRINKS

Da preparare in quantità e portare al pic-nic di Pasquetta: per la ricetta ai frutti rossi basta mescolare succo di frutti rossi, limonata, sciroppo di ribes (o di fragola) e ghiaccio; per quella al lime: tè verde, sciroppo d'acero, succo di lime e ghiaccio. Provatele, sono strepitose!  

To prepare in quantity and bring for Easter Monday picnic! First recipe: just mix red fruit juice, lemonade, currant syrup (or strawberry) and ice; second recipe: mix toghether green tea, maple syrup, lime juice and ice.

BEAUTY ON BUDGET - 5 MUST HAVES

Chi l' ha detto che un prodotto, per essere valido, dev'essere anche costoso? Non c'è niente di meglio di un cosmetico che funziona davvero e ad un costo contenuto! Trovarlo non è la cosa più semplice di questo mondo, ma con un po' di pazienza, impegno - e qualche fallimento - alla fine si possono trovare dei veri e propri tesori! E oggi voglio mostrarvi i miei! ^-^

Essence eyebrow designer: a mio parere uno dei prodotti Essence più validi! La sua mina è abbastanza dura - e questo evita sbavature e "migrazioni" di colore - ma il colore è molto coprente e pigmentato e facile da stendere: basta disegnare qualche trattino leggero e poi sfumare con l'apposita spazzolina sul tappo. Il suo risultato dura intatto per tutto il giorno! Per me, la migliore matita low cost per sopracciglia! 

Nyc Expert Last Matte Lip Lacquer: vi avevo già parlato di questo prodotto in passato, ma non potevo non inserirlo in questa categoria perchè, per il prezzo che ha (2,50 euro), è davvero eccezionale! Il colore è pieno, super-pigmentato e dura davvero tanto (anche 8 ore, se non si mangia!). Il suo finish, confortevolissimo sulle labbra, non è totalmente opaco (più satinato, direi) e non si asciuga mai completamente - per questo bisogna stare un po' attente a non sporcarsi - tuttavia non sbava e il colore rimane lì dove lo si applica. Per renderlo davvero matt - e farlo durare ancora di più - dopo una prima passata di colore sulle labbra, ci poso sopra una velina e tampono con la cipria, faccio un'altra passata di colore e di nuovo la cipria. Il risultato è davvero eccezionale! 

CnDirect Brush Set: quando ho scelto sul sito questo set di pennelli (viso e occhi) non pensavo di innamorarmene così tanto! La loro qualità è davvero alta: le setole, fitte e compatte, consentono un risultato uniforme sulla pelle e, dopo un anno di lavaggi non proprio delicati, sono ancora come appena comprati! Il mio migliore acquisto on line, un'ottima opzione per chi non vuole rinunciare alla qualità di un risultato professionale, ma senza spendere molto.

Yodeyma Celebrity Woman: ultimo arrivato nella mia collezione di profumi, è diventato già il mio preferito! Probabilmente conoscerete Yodeyma, un brand spagnolo che produce profumi di qualità - fragranze gemelle a quelle ben più costose e famose - ma a un costo più ragionevole. Qualche giorno fa, curiosando sul sito, ho adocchiato una nuova promozione: una mini size da 15 ml a scelta, a soli 4 euro! Dopo essermi informata un po' sulle varie fragranze (qui), alla fine la mia scelta è ricaduta su Celebrity Woman - che sarebbe la copia di La Vie est Belle di Lancome. Credetemi: è identico! Si sente tantissimo e dura davvero a lungo! Ho fatto l'ordine venerdì e mercoledì ho ricevuto il mio pacchetto tramite corriere, pagando in contrassegno (senza nessun costa aggiuntivo). Inoltre, la promozione prevede un buono di 4 euro sul prossimo acquisto e non ci sono spese di spedizione! Credo che presto farò un altro ordine, Gianna e Rafael Divini mi tentano troppo! ;)

Scrub viso-labbra al miele: questo prodotto non l'ho comprato, l'ho fatto io con tre semplici ingredienti, ma credetemi, è il miglior scrub (naturale!) che abbia mai provato e, visto che è low cost, non potevo non menzionarlo! Probabilmente si hanno già in casa tutti gli ingredienti per crearlo (zucchero, miele, olio di mandorle dolci o olio extravergine d'oliva) e comunque, non superano i 5 euro. Una volta mischiati insieme tutti gli ingredienti esce fuori un prodotto delicatissimo, ma super efficace, esfoliante e nutriente! Io ne faccio sempre un po' e lo conservo in frigorifero per 2-3 giorni in un barattolino, così è più facile da usare all'occorrenza.

Who said that a product, to be valid, it must also be expensive? There is nothing better than a cosmetic that really works, and at an affordable price! Finding it is not the easiest thing in the world, but with a little patience, determination - and some failures - at the end you can find some real treasures! And today I want to show you mine! ^ - ^

Essence eyebrow designer: in my opinion one of the most valuable products from Essence! The pencil is quite harsh - and this avoids smears - but the color is very rich, pigmented and easy to apply: just draw some slight dashes and blending with the brush on the cap. The final result lasts all day! For me, the best low cost eyebrows pencil!

Nyc Expert Last Matte Lip Lacquer: I had already talked about this product in the past, but I could not put it in this category because, for its price (2.50 euro), it's truly outstanding! The color is full, super-pigmented and it lasts so much (even eight hours, if you do not eat!). Its texture is so confortable on lips! It is not completely matt (more satin, I would say) and it never dries completely - for this you have to be a little careful not to get dirty - but it doesn't smudge and the color stays there where it is applied. To make it really matt - and make it last even longer - after a first coat of color, I put a tissue on my lips and I dabbed with powder, then lipstick and powder again. The result is truly outstanding!

CnDirect Brush Set: When I chose this set of brushes (face and eyes) on their site, I did not think I would love them so much! Their quality is very high: bristles are dense and compact, allowing a uniform result on the skin and, after a year of not really delicate washes, they are still as just bought! My best purchase, an excellent option for those who want the quality of a professional result, but without spending much money.

Yodeyma Celebrity Woman: latest addition to my perfume collection, it has already become my favorite! Probably you already know Yodeyma, a Spanish brand that produces quality perfumes - twin fragrances to those much more expensive and famous - but at a more reasonable cost. A few days ago, browsing on the site, I spotted a new promotion: a 15 ml mini size perfume of your choice, just for 4 €! After looking at the various fragrances (here), at the end my I choose Celebrity Woman - which is a copy of La Vie est Belle from Lancome. Believe me, it's identical! The scent is very rich and it lasts all day! I placed my order on Friday and on Wednesday I received my package by courier, paying cash on delivery (at no extra cost). In addition, the promotion includes a voucher of 4 € on your next purchase and there are no shipping costs! I believe that soon I will make another order, Gianna and Rafael Divine tempt me too! ;)

Scrub face-lips honey: I didn't buy this product, I did it instead with three simple ingredients, but believe me, it's the best (natural!) scrub I've ever tried, and as it is low cost, I can't fail to mention it! You probably already have at home all the ingredients to make it (sugar, honey, sweet almond oil or olive oil) and in any case, they don't exceed 5 €. Once mixed all the ingredients together comes off a very delicate scrub, but super effective, exfoliating and nourishing! I make always a bit more and I keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days in a jar, so it is easier to use.

MY MOST PLAYED

Mentre qui il cielo è plumbeo e ha appena iniziato a piovere (ancora!) ne approfitto per parlarvi dei prodotti che ho usato di più in quest'ultimo mese. In effetti non faccio spesso questo genere di post, ma ultimamente (causa saldi) ho fatto parecchi nuovi acquisti e voglio condividere con voi le mie impressioni su alcuni nuovi prodotti.

Inizio con quella che è diventata la mia nuova crema viso preferita: Sebo Végétal Gel crema zero difetti di Yves Rocher. L'ho voluta provare perchè era in super offerta sul catalogo di Dicembre e ne sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa!

La sua texture leggera si assorbe velocemente - per questo è ottima anche come base trucco - lascia all'istante la pelle liscia e matt e questo effetto dura a lungo! Anche il suo potere idratante è davvero alto e il fatto che sia oil-free la rende adattissima alle pelli impure e a tendenza acneica, perchè non occlude i pori. Ha un profumo delicato che sa di fresco e la sensazione, appena applicata sulla pelle, è davvero piacevole, quasi rinfrescante, insomma la adoro! 

Altro prodotto che ho preso (ma con poche speranze) è stato il gel borse e occhiaie di Bottega Verde. E' un gel trasparente e leggero che contiene estratti di soia e di riso e proteine del lievito che dovrebbero ridurre i segni della zona perioculare. La sensazione di freschezza e di benessere sulla pelle, appena lo si applica, è istantanea e il suo effetto "tensore" sembra effettivamente distendere i segni attorno agli occhi anche se, certamente, non fa miracoli sulle occhiaie. 

Tuttavia, personalmente, apprezzo molto il suo effetto rinfrescante e, non avendo io occhiaie profonde - nulla che un buon correttore aranciato non possa risolvere, per intenderci - lo trovo un prodotto davvero valido, una coccola in più per il contorno occhi. 

In inverno le mie labbra diventano davvero disidratate, con pellicine e segni che, finora, non ero riuscita a far andare via neanche con prodotti naturali come burri e oli. Così, alla fine, mi sono lasciata tentare dalla pubblicità col pupazzetto di neve e ho preso lui: PL3 di Kelémata. 

La consistenza di questo stick è piuttosto duretta, tanto che fa quasi fatica a scorrere sulle labbra, ma questo ha un riscontro positivo e cioè: non lascia le labbra appiccicose o unte, cosa che apprezzo davvero tanto! Il suo potere nutritivo è davvero alto e la sua azione riparatrice è quasi istantanea. 

Già dopo due-tre applicazioni le mie labbra sembravano rinate e adesso appaiono belle, idratate e sane anche se lo uso giusto qualche volta a settimana.

Passando a qualcosa che già faceva parte del mio beauty, Radio City di Faby non mi delude mai! Ultimamente mi piace utilizzarlo abbinato a top coat glitterati, per rendere la manicure diversa dal solito. Ce l'ho sulle unghie da una settimana ed è come appena messo!! Grandioso, sembra quasi un gel! 

Non ho un profumo preferito, mi piace cambiare, sperimentare sempre nuove fragranze e per questo non compro mai lo stesso profumo due volte. Negli anni ho collezionato parecchie boccette e mi piace indossare sempre una fragranza diversa, a seconda del mio umore o della stagione. Ultimamente sto utilizzando tantissimo Oriental, di Zara: un mix di rosa, fresia, cedro e legno di sandalo. Speziato ma non troppo, avvolgente, si sente per ore ^-^

E, infine, potevo non inserire tra i most played una delle mie adorate Yankee candle? Lei è Winter glow, una fragranza davvero delicata e deliziosa! Di solito prediligo profumi più speziati, ma volevo provare qualcosa di nuovo e diverso e l'ho presa. Ricrea quell'atmosfera da chalet di montagna, mentre fuori nevica e dentro il fuoco scoppietta nel camino (beh, almeno, nel mio cervello la sensazione è questa xD).

While here the sky is leaden and it has just started to rain (again!) I take this opportunity to write about the products I've used most in the last month. Actually I don't do often this kind of post, but lately (due to sales) I made several purchases and I want to share with you my thoughts on some products.

Start with what has become my new favorite moisturizing face cream: Sebo Végétal gel crema zero difetti from Yves Rocher. It was on super sale from the YR December catalogue so I wanted to try it and I was pleasantly surprised!

Its light texture is quickly absorbed - for this is also excellent as a make-up base - and instantly leaving the skin smooth and matt and this effect lasts for a long time! The cream is very nourishing but without being too heavy and as it is oil-free it's very suitable for oily and acne-prone skin. It has a delicate fragrance that tastes fresh and once applied to the skin the feeling is really nice, almost refreshing, I love it!

Another product that I purchased (without placing too much hope in it) was the gel Borse e occhiaie from Bottega Verde. It's a transparent and lightweight gel that contains soy and rice extracts and yeast proteins that are expected to reduce signs of eye area. The feeling of freshness and well-being on the skin, as soon as you apply it, is instantaneous and its "tensor" effect seems to actually relax signs around your eyes even though, of course, does not do wonders on dark circles.

However, personally, I really appreciate its refreshing effect and as I haven't deep dark circles - I mean, nothing that a good orange concealer can not fix - I find it a very good value, a cuddle for the eye.

In winter, my lips get really dehydrated, with cuticles and signs that I can't get rid of even using natural products such as butters and oils. So, in the end, I got convinced by the little snowman of the advertising and I took the PL3 lipbalm from Kelemata.

The texture of this balm is pretty stiff so that is almost hard to slide on the lips, but this has a positive feedback: it dosn't let your lips sticky or greasy, and I appreciate it very much! Its moisturizing value is really high and its remedial action is almost instantaneous.

Already after two to three applications my lips seemed reborn, and now they appear beautiful, moisturized and healthy even if I just use it a few times a week!

Moving on to something that was already part of my beauty stash, Radio City from Faby never disappoints me! Lately I like to use it in combo with glittery top coat, to make my manicure different from usual. I have it on my nails for a week and it'i still perfect!! 

I havn't a favorite perfume, I like to change, experiment with new fragrances and that's why I never buy the same perfume twice. Over the years I collected several perfume bottles, and I always like to wear a different fragrance, depending on my mood or the season. Lately I've been using a lot Oriental from Zara: a mix of rose, freesia, cedar and sandalwood. Spicy but not too strong, overwhelming, it feels for hours! ^ - ^

And finally, I could not list one of my lovely Yankee candle! It's Winter Glow, a very delicate and delicious fragrance! Usually I prefer spicier scents, but I wanted to try something new and different so I took it. When a light this candle, it seems to be in a mountain chalet, while it's snowing outside and inside the fire crackles in the fireplace.
