Natale Hygge: 5 idee per ricrearlo a casa

Se ancora non conoscete il suo significato, hygge è la parola danese usata per esprimere un senso di comodità, accoglienza, sicurezza e convivialità. Uno stile di vita, insomma, volto alla ricerca della felicità quotidiana attraverso i piccoli gesti, i dettagli, le cose che ci fanno stare bene. 

Concetto che più di tutti adoro perchè così vicino alla mia personalità e al mio carattere!

Una delle attività hyggeligt per eccellenza è prendersi cura della famiglia e degli amici e quale migliore occasione delle festività natalizie per metterla in pratica?

1. Le decorazioni 

Per portare in casa la magia hygge del Natale le decorazioni da scegliere sono fatte di materiali naturali e di colori chiari: stelle di legno, ghirlande di abete, rami di biancospino sparsi quà e là per la casa, magari in posti inaspettati, e ancora fette di arancia e bastoncini di cannella come addobbi dell'albero, pigne e frutta fresca come centrotavola. L'importante è che tutto sia curato nel dettaglio!

2. La luce giusta

Un'atmosfera calda e accogliente è alla base del concetto di hygge quindi sì a candele e candelabri che diffondono una luce soffusa e rilassante, piccoli vasetti di vetro e tea light sulla cornice del camino e alle finestre, lanterne e lumini sul tavolo in salotto. 

3. Il cibo 

Non solo nell'accezione più ovvia del termine, ma nel suo significato più ampio: la gioia di ritrovarsi con parenti ed amici e cucinare insieme, la felicità della condivisione, profumi particolari che fanno riaffiorare alla mente i momenti più belli dei Natali passati, la cioccolata calda, i biscotti di pan di zenzero, e tutti i dolci che si preparano esclusivamente in questo periodo dell'anno. Non cominciate a sentire anche voi i campanelli delle renne della slitta?  

4. La tavola

Imbandita, informale ma curata nei dettagli, attorno a cui riunirsi per non solo mangiare, ma gustare il cibo, rilassarsi, chiacchierare. Decoratela con rami di alloro, ulivo o abete, fette di legno come sottopiatto, pigne e candele come centrotavola, dettagli colorati e un segnaposto particolare per ogni ospite. L'effetto finale sarà davvero coinvolgente e magico! 

5. I regali

Che Natale sarebbe senza regali? Per portare felicità non occorre spendere per forza tanti soldi: un regalo fatto col cuore vale più di mille fatti col portafoglio, secondo me! Una sciarpa fatta a mano, un dolcetto preparato con amore, un album fotografico con i momenti più belli condivisi insieme: pensieri semplici ma significativi!

1. The decorations

To bring home the magic of hygge Christmas choose decorations made of natural materials and light colors: wooden stars, fir garlands, branches of hawthorn scattered here and there around the house, maybe in unexpected places; slices of orange and cinnamon sticks as tree decorations, pine cones and fresh fruit as centerpieces. The important thing is that everything is taken care of in detail!

2. The right light

A warm and welcoming atmosphere is the basis of the concept of hygge so yes to candles and candelabras that spread a soft and relaxing light, small glass and tea light jars on the fireplace and windows, lanterns on the table in the living room.

3. The food

 5. Gifts

It's not Christmas without presents! To bring happiness it is not necessary to spend so much money: a gift made with the heart is worth more than a thousand bought by your wallet, in my opinion! A handmade scarf, a sweet prepared with love, a photo album with the most beautiful moments shared together: simple but meaningful thoughts!
